K9940 is a special Japanese PE Coated Rayon Cloth Tape with a black butyl rubber adhesive system. Developed to have an easy tear and unwind
Product Features
- A true waterproof cloth tape (moisture vapour permeability < 1.0g/M² per 24 Hours)
- A very smooth high gloss black finish (N.B. This product has poor adhesion to self and so not suitable for overlapping applications)
- High coat weight of adhesive
- Easy unwind and lateral tear
- A cross-linked black butyl rubber adhesive for optimal bond strength to a wide range of substrates
- This product uses an environmentally sensitive adhesive compound, which uses no solvent and is free from toluene/xylene
- The tape has a special core that allows clean removal from core thus minimising waste
